* Successful NCAA Division III Basketball Player (3 School Records)
* Has worked in Wisconsin Rapids, Stevens Point, Marshfield, and Wausau, Wisconsin
* Experience with counseling in both outpatient and inpatient settings.
* Has worked for both Christian and secular agencies
* In private practice since 2008 with Hergert & Associates Family Counseling Services
* Makes his home in Stevens Point, Wisconsin and enjoys connecting with his "second family" at church
* Enjoys golf (when its free), watching the Chicago Bears win, and spending time outdoors (but not hunting or fishing).
