This page exists simply to encourage people to get the help they need to overcome their issues. The link below (as a PDF) is available for men who need help obtaining support for resistance against lust, temptation, pornography, etc.. However, accountability is not just for men. Women can find accountability helpful with the roles they have too. Women rely on their friends for feedback about how they are doing as moms, as wives, and for help in identifying solutions to struggles they are having.
Accountability can also be found in a counseling office. Regular contact with a counselor helps maintain focus on important changes that are trying to be made in any person's life. Feel free to contact me for further information.
