CURRENT FEE SCHEDULE (2010)
Most insurance companies have a network discount where these fees do not necessarily apply in full. However, each company is different. Please read up on the Frequently Asked Questions page to gain more information. Individual co-pays and deductibles vary between all clients. Your insurance company is billed directly by Steve as a courtesy to you. There is approximately a 45 day turn around time on payment. After the insurance company has paid, you are responsible for any remaining balances.
Payment plans on balances are always possible as well (agreed upon ahead of time). |
